Yesterday I stopped/started my way through the “Plyometric Cardio Curcuit”. Yeah I said it “Stopped / Started”. This 42 minute workout took me an hour & 10 minutes to complete. While pausing the video I found myself consuming large amounts of Gatorade and water. Along with sitting on the floor saying “What The F**k”.
